I purchased a Tyndall Manor Sofa approximately 21 years ago and it has held up so well that we are planning to buy another, or actually two sofas, because of the design of our great room. We plan to use the 21 yr. old sofa in the bonus room, not because of wear, but because of the need for a sofa in that room. We have been very pleased with the quality of the spring seats as well as the attached spring backs. We've been down the road of hard foam seats which give way and fabric that rolls on the seat bottom. I am above average in size (320 lbs), but the sofa has held up extremely well.

In November of 2011, the night before having my right hip replaced, Cynthia & I went looking for a recliner to help me recuperate at home. On our way past the Tyndall store on Harrisburg road I recalled seeing an advertising piece on what seemed to fit the bill.We ended up buying the ORTHOMOTION 550 from Chuck Tyndall. Chuck arranged to have it delivered the morning of my surgery so it would be waiting for me when I returned home a couple of days later. The chair is the greatest. It does things electrically that I didn't think could be done other than in a hospital bed. The chair was a great help throughout my recuperation. It allowed me to be comfortable in ways that a normal chair or bed could not have. Fast forward to July of this year: I was in the hospital recovering from yet another surgery. There were some adjustments that needed to be made to this wonderful chair. I called Chuck from my hospital bed told him the problem. He understood immediately and had his staff come to my house the same day to make the adjustments the next morning when I returned home my chair was waiting for me adjustments and all. Not only is the chair GREAT, Tyndall furniture is GREAT! They care and it shows!

My experience with Tyndall furniture was great! We had just bought a house in the Charlotte area and of course needed new furniture! My husband and myself went out to all the furniture stores and just left every store feeling defeated. Last stop was Tyndall. I guess it's true, you save the best for last! John helped us and he was great! John made the experience so easy, and for me fun. He took us to the back room with all the fun stuff...FABRIC options!! My 28 years of playing organized football, 14 years in the NFL, was a wonderful experience. But it was not without a cost. I have always had problems with back pain and have to get out of bed for my back to feel better. They arrived on time and helped me removed the old mattress and they carried in the new one and the new box spring carefully. There was some trouble with the box spring that we ordered being too high, so the delivery men called Tyndall's and made arrangements to have a new one ordered for me and then they packed up the one that was too high and carried it back out. Our delivery was great! We received phone calls and updates prior to delivery. The gentlemen were actually early. The driver didn't attempt to come up my driveway, unlike other delivery driver's who have damaged my driveway due to the slope of it. We had everything moved and out of the way for them, in order to help them out and hopefully help them get home to their families quicker on a Saturday. Both gentlemen were very polite, courteous and professional.
