When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.

We purchased this product during a $300 visa gift card promotion. I also seen that the company was running another promotion regarding up to $300 in accessories. We did not receive the gift card due to the fact that I selected the other promotion. Unless you read the fine print, it does not notify you that offers cannot be stacked together. I did not even use the full $300 in accessories because the company was out of all of the size sheets that were listed. I feel that if you purchase over $5k in product from a company that customer service should be more understanding and accommodating to their customer base. We will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.

I purchased the mattress protector shortly after I bought my Tempur Pedic mattress. The one I had was deep pocket so it was way too big for my mattress. This one is a little too big and it slides around on the mattress a bit but I'm glad I bought it. It's really well made.

I was hoping the mattress pad was the same quality as the mattresses and cotton sheets. I am disappointed because the pad bunches so bad underneath you. You can't get a smooth surface. It just doesn't have a tight fit around the mattress. I wish I had returned it!

100% super silky smooth cool of the touch. I recommend getting a 13 inch mattress though because on the 12 inch and 11 inch mattresses. It's kind of loose so you kinda have to have a 13 inch mattress for it to fit as in the picture but it looks like in the picture and it is the same thing kind of goes down on the side about 2-3 inches.

I bought this with a Tempur Adapt mattress and it's the worst mattress cover I've ever had. Being a Tempur product, I thought it would be a premium product, but it bunches up and has huge wrinkles no matter how many times I try to tuck it under. Zero stars, do not recommend if you have the Adapt mattress that is only 9 or 10 inches deep. It would probably be fine on mattresses that are much deeper, just not on the mattress I bought.

We loved our new Tempur-Pedic mattress so naturally we bought the protector. The protector ruins the mattress because it is so ill fitting. It causes constant ripples and wrinkles in the sheet and negates the cooling component to the mattress. We have the king size- I do not recommend.
