What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?
If we have the availability to arrange delivery to your home same-day, then we will do our best to accommodate your request. Ask your sales consultant for more information.

I expected a mini version of the bed for the price I paid. The actual product was paper thin. Looked like I one I got for 25.00. I see no difference. I only opened the box and felt it with my hand. So disappointed. I have purchased two. One for my bed and one for my husbands side of the bed. We have a split king. I didn't even open the second box and they would not let me return it with the pillows. I spent almost $800. one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I can't even use my pillow. It's so big. My husband sleeps on just the corner of it. I live on a fixed income. I really need my money. I felt like I was buying a good product so I spent the money. I was never so sorry.

We couldn't be happier with the Tempur-Breeze Mattress Protector. From the moment we installed it, we were amazed at how seamless it felt-you'd never even know it's there. It fits perfectly and doesn't shift or bunch, which we've experienced with other protectors in the past.
Most importantly, it doesn't interfere with the breathability or signature comfort of our Tempur-Pedic mattress. The cool, supportive feel we love remains completely intact, and we still get that luxurious sleep experience night after night.

I bought the TEMPUR-Breeze mattress protector to go with my LuxeBreeze king mattress, and it's doing exactly what I hoped it would. It fits perfectly and doesn't shift around or bunch up, which is something I've had issues with on other protectors in the past.
What I really like is that it doesn't mess with the cooling feel of the mattress. I was worried it might trap heat or take away from that cool-to-the-touch surface, but it doesn't at all. If anything, I forget it's even there, which is kind of the point.
It also doesn't make noise or feel plasticky, and that's a big deal to me because I'm a light sleeper. I haven't had any spills to test the waterproof part (yet), but it gives me peace of mind knowing it's protected without compromising comfort.

Had our new Tempur-Breeze mattress for 3 months before we decided to bite the bullet and buy the corresponding mattress protector. We just used our old one. NIGHT & DAY!!! Total difference sleeping with the mattress protector meant for the mattress. Yes, it's expensive, but you HAVE to use this if you want to feel the cooling effect of the mattress.

I really like the way the protector fits the mattress. And it feels like it's made of high-quality material. It definitely sleeps cool. It's very cool to touch. It may take A little more time to break the mattress in with the breeze protector.

I use this protector on my tempur- pedic mattresses. I purchased the same for my son. The mattresses are an investment, so even though the protectors are pricey, better safe than sorry in protecting the mattresses.

The first few weeks definitely take getting used to it. But once you find a comfortable spot, you stay comfortable. I have lower back issues which when laying on my back, the pain was worse. I am now able to lay on my back without lots of discomfort. Also I am tossing and turning less which has given me a better nights sleep. Another great difference with this mattress is that when my 80 lb German Shepherd jumps up, down, or moves around on the bed, I don't feel it. The cooling technology is excellent.
