What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?
If we have the availability to arrange delivery to your home same-day, then we will do our best to accommodate your request. Ask your sales consultant for more information.

I was hesitant to get this "smart" base for my Tempurpedic mattress because I didn't think I needed any info on how I was sleeping. I was so wrong. I am finding out how little sleep I was getting based and my diet and bad sleep habits. I mean really, could a bed really change my habits? Well after getting my daily sleep report emailed to me in the morning it really showcased what and when I was sabotaging myself and a restful sleep. The mattress is great but the smart base tells me where I was messing up by 1)staying up late 2) drinking alcohol 3)eating too late and too many carbs and processed foods. The difference between good nights and bad nights was startling and all because of those 3 bad habits. I also noticed how after I set the base to vibrate and change the sleeping position when it detects that my breathing is labored or slowed too much it WORKED to wake me up just enough to make me change my position and breathe easier again. I could see it in my daily report the next day. It's really eye opening to how just knowing how habits and lifestyle can change how to feel the next day because of not enough sleep. I started the first week with mostly "fair" sleep scores and by the next week, just by being mindful on what I was doing in my lifestyle to change my sleep score I started getting into the "good" sleep scores. So yes, the smart bed really changed my sleep pattern by making me mindful and gently vibrating me when I wasn't breathing normally.

Deeply satisfied. My sleep have been given a 180 Degree Spin to the best sleep i ever had since i was born. Very Satisfied with your product. However the Smart base that comes with it have multiple flaws, because i me and my wife laid down on it or we engage on the smart mecanisms to rise certaing part of the base we can hear the inner plastic of the base border and the interior of it cracking and even do so when we lay down or get up. That is very uncomfortable and we wish you could replace that base on our behalf. We have purchase other Por adapts with the alternate base option of the MODEL RISE which is much more cost effective (about half the price of the Ergo) and it has worked out pehonmenal (almost 4 years sin we first purchase this first tempu pro adapt at conn's furniture). We expect to have even better products purchasing it direct from Tempure Pedic but this came out to be a problem that it will be wise to replace this item for us at no cost so we can continue to praise your products and keep on telling our friends and family of the great feeling it is to own these pieces of equipment. Other than that all if fine. Looking forward to here from you soon and resolve this problem

We recently replaced our 15 year old Tempurpedic bed with a new one. We love the features of this new base. It's a heavy duty, well constructed frame that is very heavy, but if it must be moved it folds in half making it much easier to move. It also comes with USB ports for electrical devices such as cell phones, headphones, etc. In this day and age you can never have enough of those. Best of all is the sleep app that is used to control the various functions of the best. One of the features we have fallen in love with is the sleep quality monitor. At the end of each sleep cycle it provides a report that reflects how long you slept, how long you were in light sleep, deep sleep or REM sleep. The app is customized to your own individual sleep goals. It is a terrific tool to monitor the quality of your daily sleep. And, for those with snoring issues, the frame can be programmed to gently adjust your sleep posture if you start to snore during a sleep cycle. Your significant other will probably appreciate this feature. It's a quality frame with very nice features.

I love this smart base, having had other, more expensive brands. First, it folds in half, and while heavy, it is still possible to get moved and not worry about it getting damaged. The movement is smooth, and the lumbar is a game changer for smart beds.

All the features packed into the smart base are great. The sleep tracking is useful, however I'm not sure how accurate it is. Lumbar support is excellent. Built in massagers are relaxing after a long day. However the one fatal flaw of this product is that it transfers motion badly. My parter and I sleep on a King size Tempurpedic mattress on a Tempurpedic Ergo Smart Base. Anytime my parter moves next to me you can feel the bed wobble. It can even be a slight movement and I feel vibrations through the bed. It wakes me up every night. This probably has to do with the cheap plastic legs. It's a real shame this product is non-returnable. This is a known issue. Just Google it. What's the point of enjoying all the smart features if you can't get a good night sleep?

This thing makes me feel like a leisurely princess on my luxury bed. I love the favorite buttons that allow you to set two favorite positions. Love the USB outlets as well. This is a must if you are getting one of these beds. Worth every penny

Thus base is terrific. The wave massage is whisper quiet and helps me with a painful fascia problem. The bed senses when I snore and lifts the head.
The sleep tracker shows you everything you need to know, about the room itself as well, air purity. Dryness (I've got8ten a humidifier due to its readings and have lowered the temperature.

This is our second Tempur adjustable base. The adjustable base works fine and can be adjusted to any position a person could want. The vibration settings, however, leave a lot to be desired. The unit has two motors, each with two speeds. On low you can barely feel any vibrations at all. On high the noise is so loud there is no way you can fall asleep. I can't recommend it.
