This is my first time ever owning an adjustable bed. I had to do some searching because if I was going to spend a good amount of money on one I needed to. I bought the TEMPUR-Ergo Power Base king size adjustable bed. I have severe back problems and because of a past medical issue I've been advised by a several doctors that I needed to sleep elevated. I have chronic insomnia so I'm constantly tossing and turning, so actually trying to find the best settings that will work for my right, left and on my back is a challenge, that's no fault in the frame at all. I love the zero gravity the best it really takes the pressure off my lower back. The motor is very quiet. In the past I've woken up and my body in so much pain and trying to get out of bed had been such a horrible struggle. But now I can't believe the ease of waking up without that struggle. I will always have back issues but I will honestly can say the difference is so phenomenal. This has been such a life changer for me. I'm so very very glad I chose the Tempur-Ergo. I never thought that an adjustable bed would make such a huge difference in my life. This definitely has met far beyond my expectations. I would ALSO HIGHLY recommend getting a Tempur-pedic Ergo Power Base!! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Have only had my new bed and base 2 days, and I am very happy. I can already feel improvement in my morning comfort level. The issue I am still undecided about is the height of the bed. I know that I can ask the seller to adjust it, but there can be multiple situations that the desired height may change... injury making the original setting too high, getting older and less nimble, onset of balance issues. I would like to suggest you work on making height adjustment a feature on your remote. I understand the redesign needed for the base legs. Just a suggestion.

We are loving this adjustable base. We have the split king version which lets my wife and I have different settings to suit our desires. We have both created custom setups and my setup allows me to sleep with a slight elevation to my upper body and legs, plus a little lumbar support dialed in, which I sleep very well on. I love how easy it was to setup and customize the settings. Really like the lumbar support. The only negative that we experienced was that there are a few blue lights on the frame and we like to sleep in a dark bedroom so I had to install some black tape over the lights on the frame so that we can have a dark room. The standard lights are pretty bright.

The mattress by itself is amazing, but together with the power base its a bedtime game changer. There are so many options. Just to be able to put the head up when I'm watching TV, have heartburn, or I'm congested is so much more comfortable. Then you also have zero G and sleep mode which are both incredibly comfortable positions. This also has a massage function for your upper body and plugs for your phone charger.

I have an tempurpedic ergo . The control box stopped working, and after numerous phone calls and emails I was told that parts are no longer available and there was nothing they could do. I'm stuck with an expensive piece of trash. I would seek out a different company that stands behind there products, after all, this level of bed is a big investment. The power base is well made with a lot of position adjustments to choose from. The movement of adjustments is smooth and quiet. I really like the zero gravity position which is very comfortable. The vibration mode is okay on the low setting, but very noisy on the high setting. The elevated head position is probably better for a back sleeper because as a side sleeper I found I slip down towards the foot of the bed. This frame seems to be best suited for a back sleeper.

I love the zero gravity option on this base! The options to raise the head to read at night, or raise the legs/feet has shown so many benefits to my health. Now when my feet and ankles swell after a day of standing or traveling, I just raise the feet and wake up with no swelling in the morning and the pain is reduced so much because of this option.

After 4 years my Tempur-Ergo Queen base "failed". The top left leg broke off. I was instructed to take pictures of the base. While moving the mattress to facilitate this, the bottom left leg began to lean sharply toward the middle of the base but didn't break off, thank God.
I WAS THRILLED that the warranty was honored! I, and everyone I knew, expected it to "be found that it was MY fault"! The ONLY thing I didn't love was having to pay White Glove $175 to deliver it. INITIALLY the form I filled out said shipping was free. But when I was at the end of the form I was notified of the fee. I understand it's Tempur-Pedic's "policy" but that doesn't mean I like it OR think it's fair.

I love having this adjustable base with my new mattress. The saved settings make it easy to read in bed. The only thing I don't care about it is that the fitted sheet needs to be adjusted every morning because of the movement of the mattress. The mattress also needs to be moved backward on the base every week as it moves toward the bottom. Not a big deal.

Going from sleeping flat to sleeping on the Ergo Power Base is like being hugged while you sleep. Even a slight elevation of the head and feet feels like you are being cradled in someone's arms. I'll never go back to flat!
