The TEMPUR Ergo 2.0 power base is an essential part of a holistic sleep system. With features including six 12" adjustable legs, under bed lighting, and USB ports, you can have a seamless sleep experience Every night. The wireless remote features one-touch preset buttons and backlit, soft touch function keys so you can easily adjust in the dark. Designed with a zero Gravity preset and child lock feature, the base can elevate your head and feet to closely simulate weightlessness and help take the pressure off your back while you sleep. Quiet mode gently tilts your mattress to an anti-snore position for less nighttime disruption. To top it all off, the TEMPUR Ergo power base includes a two-zone massage feature, allowing you to unwind with one massage zone at the head and one at the feet with three levels of intensity. Tyndall’s delivery men will arrive in a timely manner and carefully unload and inspect your furniture or mattress to ensure that it is the quality that you anticipated. Then, they will carefully handle, set-up and properly place each piece of furniture in the room of your choice and they will remove any debris from the delivery experience.

What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?
If we have the availability to arrange delivery to your home same-day, then we will do our best to accommodate your request. Ask your sales consultant for more information.

White Glove Delivery Services:
Tyndall Furniture & Mattress is passionate about providing our clients with a high quality delivery and installation experience. Our 'White Glove' Delivery Team is experienced and well trained. They will arrive in a timely manner, carefully unload and inspect your furniture or mattress to ensure that it is the quality that you anticipated. Our team will carefully handle, set-up and properly place each piece of furniture in the room of your choice and they will remove any debris from the delivery. Upon request, we will take away your old mattress. Please note that due to insurance limitations, our delivery team can not move any of your pre-existing furniture.

The frame has been working ok, but less than 4 months in, the massage motor is already going out in both frames, there is intermittent power loss while using the feature

I didn't "need" a motorized base, but my son sold me on it with what I call "the magic fingers button". There is a vibration w/2 intensity settings that I enjoy with my back. I also like being able to raise and lower the ends independently to help with sleep or sit up in the bed reading at night. The preprogrammed zero gravity and ideal sleep positions have been great so I don't have to guess at comfort levels. I also love the under bed lighting which provides enough light to navigate to/from the bed without having to turn on a bright light disturbing the other person. The wireless remote is nice too as I don't have to worry about getting wrapped up in a wire.
Only downside is there is only 1 remote. I like to keep it on my side of the bed, but if I go to bed early my husband has to come get it before going to bed so he can turn off the light. It's not really an issue just something to think about placement wise.
