Avoid scratches, tears and dents

Never remove upholstery covers

What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. What is the delivery scheduling process like?

Health Benefits of Sleeping on an Adjustable Mattress
Adjustable Beds can actually make you healthier. The medical benefits are not just for hospitals anymore, and adding a memory foam mattress can make your sleep experience that much better. A flat bed causes your body to shift into cramped positions and cause improper posture as you sleep. People with back or joint problems are made worse by sleeping on a flat bed. Sleeping on your side causes problems with breathing and circulation. Adjustable beds allow you to sleep on your back and by inclining your upper body and lower body into a more comfortable position. Many of us find it enjoyable to rest on a recliner and there are reasons why it becomes a place to relax. Today people read in bed, work on their laptops and watch TV in bed. On a flat bed you must arrange many pillows to make yourself comfortable. The pillows move out of position and you end up with a back or neck ache.
More studies are showing that adjustable beds have therapeutic effects on the body. These adjustable sleep systems are designed for maximum comfort and individual customization.
Alleviate Back Pain
Patients with back pain are advised to use adjustable beds. A flat bed may not provide the proper support for the spinal cord, resulting in excess back pain and restless sleep. Inclining the bed at 45 degrees provides relief for the lower back. By raising the foot of the bed relieves even more pressure on the spine, which raises the legs and bends the knees. Patients having low back surgery feel an adjustable bed is far more comfortable than a flat bed. Adjusting the bed up or down redistributes the pressure across your body, which can help alleviate lower back pain. Additionally, you can actually stretch your back from bed, by positioning it upright and slowly lowering it down.
Relief from Acid Reflex and Heartburn
Patients suffering from acidity benefit from having their upper body elevated 6 to 8 inches. This helps the stomach to retain the acids. On a flat bed, acid moves to the esophagus leading to episodes of acid reflex or heartburn. Elevating the head while sleeping helps the stomach retain acids that might otherwise travel up the esophagus and cause heartburn.
Improve Breathing for Maximum Lung Expansion
Patients are able to improve breathing, which delivers more oxygen to the body. This prevents the heart from working harder to deliver oxygen and blood to vital organs. Those suffering from congestion also benefit from the bed being elevated. Keeping sinus and lungs clear, and keeps fluid and mucus at bay. Asthma and Snoring

Sleeping on our side in a semi-fetal position seems very comfortable. Spinal alignment, breathing, pressure points and blood flow is difficult in this position. Adjustable Beds are able to improve Sciatica, Spondylolisthesis, Spinal Stenosis and other spinal issues.
Arthritis
Patients experiencing pain from arthritis located in upper body or lower body will benefit from the Adjustable Bed. Individuals with Osteoarthritis in the spinal, or facet joint arthritis, often wake up quite stiff and sore in the morning. Ordered the king Tempurpedic mattress frame. Delivered by UPS with both ends of the box torn open. Unfortunately, one expander bar, essential for assembly, is missing and therefore have to postpone delivery of our mattress by 5-7 days due to filling out a missing parts form and getting the part via UPS. I have photos of the box, however, no place to upload them. Hopefully there will be some accountability by UPS.

I initially ordered the 5 inch foundation which arrived slightly damaged (tear in fabric). The company has such phenomenal customer service that they exchanged the foundation (due to damage) and allowed me to get a 2 inch foundation instead. I have a platform bed and I needed the mattress to sit a bit lower in the frame to accentuate the tall, upholstered headboard. I am happy with the solid foundation to support and protect my Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress.

I have had Tempur-pedics for 20+ years and I've always liked the mattresses. However, this is different. There is no 90-day trial period so if you buy and don't like it, you're stuck. Huge, tacky patches with the logo on multiple sides. Very cheap quality material. Not what I have come to expect from Tempur-pedic.

I purchased the 2" TEMPUR-Flat foundation to use with a new Tempur-Pedic mattress on a platform bed. After reading reviews, I thought an additional 2 inches of height could improve the feel and would not make much difference.
Once everything was assembled, the bed ended up much taller than expected. I didn't like the aesthetics, had to climb up into bed, and my feet no longer touched the floor comfortably when sitting on the edge. As a result, I decided to return the mattress and look for a lower-profile setup.
What disappointed me was Tempur-Pedic's handling of the foundation. The foundation was only used for initial setup, was never slept on, remained in like-new condition, and I still had the original packaging. I contacted customer service and spoke with a supervisor, but they would not allow a return or even a partial refund due to their no-return policy on foundations.
My advice to prospective buyers is to purchase the mattress first and make sure you're happy with the overall height and setup before ordering a foundation. I had read reviews suggesting the foundation can improve the feel of the mattress even on platform beds that meet Tempur-Pedic's slat requirements, which is why I purchased it. In hindsight, I wish I had waited to see whether I actually needed it before spending an additional $500+ on a non-returnable accessory.

I had a great experience with Tempurpedic. The delivery was easy to schedule online and they came exactly on time. The mattress was easy to put together, and it feels amazing. I love coming home to this mattress after a hard 12 hour shift and I miss it when I'm out of town. My sleep has markedly improved since buying and I will never go back!

Not the same as in years past. Made with cheap wood and is so lightweight. Opened up the bottom and there was a small pine branch knot just loose inside from when they cut the wood and used staples to put it together.

I've been very pleased with this box spring. It is not as easy these days to find a box with springs instead of slats only and at a small profile. The small frame raises my mattress but not to excessively. There is a very good even support across the bed and the delivery process and installation was top notch. I appreciated the help to put it on my bed and replace my mattress. The only thing I would have preferred was a more neutral color exterior to the box. It is navy blue and stands out on a platform bed frame.

I am into a minimal Scandinavian design style for my bedroom, which this low profile foundation compliments very well. I paired my hybrid mattress up with a Thuma wood bed frame and it makes the perfect height for me. I am 5 feet 6 inches, so I might get the next size up with that frame if I was a few inches taller.

Loved it from the first night we received it! The most comfort bed I have ever slept in! Have had 3 back surgeries and suffered for the past 4 years terribly till my son told me he got one and loves it. He also has a bad back so I trusted him. Best thing I could have ever done.

We needed to lower our bed to enable my husband to return to our bed after being in a hospital bed in our living room at home for nearly two years! He has an incurable cancer that has wrecked his physical body with mobility issues. He is slowly recovering some strength to be somewhat mobile. Being able to return to our bed after all this time (and trauma) has given him and me hope for the future! 2008 I bought a mattress for my second home. I could not wait to return and sink into a dream bed. As so many other manufacturers, this company sold and the quality degraded. I set out to find a replacement as it was time. I've yet to find the same comfort as in the mattress from many years ago. Tempur-Pedic was the 7th one purchased within 2 years. It does not give me the good nite's sleep I've been daydreaming about. I've added a 3" topper as the product for which I paid over $3,000 did not provide the comfort I wanted. I'm over mattress shopping.

Ordered a King Foundation online and was advised of a three hour "window"during which the delivery would take place. After window had expired and I had not been advised of any delays,I contacted the shipper who had no answer why the delivery was late or why I had not been advised (no apology either). After some investigation by the shipper I was given a new "window" for delivery of approximately 3-4 hours later. Once again, no delivery was made and I was not contacted regarding any further delay. I called shipper again and was advised of yet another delay that would push the delivery back to 7-8 PM. I responded that this was unacceptable as we had plans and we would reassemble our existing bed and look into cancelling payment through out credit card.

It's a good thing that this wasn't returnable to begin with because my cat found and destroyed it within half an hour. It's still holding the bed and is a sturdy foundation, but apparently it is irresistible to feline members of the family.

We loved our old tempur-pedic mattress that was 22 years old. We ordered another mattress that needed a new base. We are in the process of returning our new mattress for a firmer one. There is no mattress that can even measure up to temper-pedic mattress and proper base. We are anxiously waiting for the new one to arrive.

I purchase this product because of the brand and their warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty is a scam and not true. Any little thing is scrutinized and they will not replace. I called to attempt to escalate and was told something out of a script. There is one escalation number and they are unwilling to provide an escalation path for review of a claim. For such a large company their processes are the for the customer. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this company or their products.

I ordered this height and then decided it was too tall for my bed. Unfortunately they will not let you return it or replace with another size. I think it is overpriced for what it is. Plus I found out that even with this foundation if you have an issue with the mattress they do not allow you to use this as a "proper acceptable foundation" for the mattress to sit on. I have a platform bed and after many emails and phone calls was finally told that this foundation would not be acceptable to use to be able to file a warranty claim on the mattress
