What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?
If we have the availability to arrange delivery to your home same-day, then we will do our best to accommodate your request. Ask your sales consultant for more information.

The pillow is super soft and has a nice feel to it at first, which is why I was really excited to try it. It's great for lounging or propping yourself up to watch TV, but unfortunately, it sinks way too much when I try to sleep on it. I wake up with neck pain and even migraines now, which is really disappointing. I reached out to do an exchange, but customer service informed me that returns or exchanges aren't allowed due to their policy-so now I'm stuck with two pillows I can't actually use for sleep. I wanted this to improve my rest, but it just didn't work for me.

Tempur-pedic lost me as a client. I realize and understand the no return policy on used pillows but these weren't even unwrapped out of the box. A friend of mine suggested I buy this pillow while it was on sale. He loves it, and he knows I have chronic neck alignment issues for which I regular see a chiropractor. I've been using it for a few weeks now and so far it's been working out great. My neck hasn't twisted out of place, because the memory foam seems to cradle my head and neck in a natural position. It is neither too firm or too soft. Just right.

I have horrible neck pain from using the pillows after a few days. Called customer service and was told no exchanges or refunds. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Why take the risk and end up with pillows that actually cause your body pain? I will go back to Pacific Coast as they have amazing customer service and are always willing to work with the customer to make it right.

The pillow is very comfortable. It is not advertised as a pillow for side sleepers but that's how I use it. Like some, I don't like pillows that are too tall. This is just the right height with the tempur softness. Highly recommend.

I am beyond pleased with our Tempur cloud cooling pillows! We have one for each family member and everyone loves them. For me, it provides enough neck support while still being soft and squishy, just how I like it. My husband also appreciates the neck support. My oldest daughter refuses to sleep with any other pillow and her room runs hot so she loves the cooling effect. I would absolutely recommend this pillow to friends and family!

I would NEVER buy any products on this site.. I had placed an order, but was able to buy these pillows from a Tempurpedic store. When I tried to cancel the order they refused...even though it hadn't shipped. When I asked if I can just return them and ship them back unopened they very abruptly refused. As I stated I was not returning something used, just simply sending back. They said they have a no return policy. I find it very strange that even in their stores you are allowed to return an item that is not used. Their customer service is offensive at best. Go to a store instead . They are polite and helpful.

I have bought so many pillows over the years to address neck and breathing issues. I have purchased and tossed all types of pillows to address these issues. This pillow is the best and most comfortable I have purchased to date. It is not too firm nor to soft which bothers my ears when a pillow envelops and smashes my ears. I am very happy with pillow and would recommend it to anyone. I probably need to buy a couple for my guest bedroom.

My wife and I both found that these pillows sleep somewhat flat and do not provide the proper neck to spine alignment support that we had wished for. We are both having to add another pillow under these. As these do not have a return policy, we've wasted money on expensive pillows that don't meet minimum sleeping standards. We wouldn't purchase these again.

I would rate this pillow a 5/5 if it were a little bit taller maybe another inch or inch a half to accommodate for side sleeping. It's great for sleeping on my back but needs to be a bit taller to be perfect for side sleeping. Please keep this pillow soft because it's the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on but just make it taller and also to make a 5/5 is enhance the cooling on the pillow. I did get the upgrade for the cooling feature but not significant enough to call it be a cooler pillow. Maybe use the cooling element you lr company uses on the luxe breeze for the pillows cooling upgrade as I've heard that that mattress is noticeably cool. Also I would suggest making some other pillows like the cooling pillow you have a soft firmness like this one or just give more options and I think you would sell more pillows because it's a good product!
