This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. Health Benefits of Sleeping on an Adjustable Mattress
Adjustable Beds can actually make you healthier. The medical benefits are not just for hospitals anymore, and adding a memory foam mattress can make your sleep experience that much better. A flat bed causes your body to shift into cramped positions and cause improper posture as you sleep. People with back or joint problems are made worse by sleeping on a flat bed. Sleeping on your side causes problems with breathing and circulation. Adjustable beds allow you to sleep on your back and by inclining your upper body and lower body into a more comfortable position. Alleviate Back Pain
Patients with back pain are advised to use adjustable beds. A flat bed may not provide the proper support for the spinal cord, resulting in excess back pain and restless sleep. Inclining the bed at 45 degrees provides relief for the lower back. By raising the foot of the bed relieves even more pressure on the spine, which raises the legs and bends the knees. On a flat bed, acid moves to the esophagus leading to episodes of acid reflex or heartburn. Elevating the head while sleeping helps the stomach retain acids that might otherwise travel up the esophagus and cause heartburn.
Improve Breathing for Maximum Lung Expansion
Patients are able to improve breathing, which delivers more oxygen to the body. This prevents the heart from working harder to deliver oxygen and blood to vital organs. Those suffering from congestion also benefit from the bed being elevated. Keeping sinus and lungs clear, and keeps fluid and mucus at bay. Asthma and Snoring
Elevating the upper body benefits patients with Asthma. On a horizontal mattress it restricts air tubes and increases the difficulty of moving air to vital major organs. So disappointed. Had my first Tempur-Pedic for around 18 years. This one had an issue less than three years in. Beware of their "warranty". It includes "stains" and they will use it to incorrectly identify shadows on the side of the mattress opposite of the problem and then state that absolves them from the issue of the sagging mattress. If you're okay spending that kind of money for a short lived mattress, then I do recommend it, as it is really comfortable to that point.

You pay for high quality and you expect high quality but these mattresses are junk. 1 year and the the mattress is no longer firm. And the customer service is just auto response chat windows or automated recordings so don't expect to talk to anyone. Avoid this bed if you need a more firm mattress and avoid this company as they're all bots.

I have had a Tempurpedic mattress for over 30 yrs. Recently made a cross country move and decided to get a new bed. Boy have things gotten better with Tempurpedic! I got a ProAdapt soft and an electric base. Best money I ever spent. Sleeping like a kid now, at 75 sleep gets difficult but now I have not problems. If you are a Senior in the market for a new bed get the performance platform too, you'll never be sorry.

We have had this mattress since Feb 2023. I write this in July 2025. The mattress felt pretty good for about 10 months. Then it stopped being supportive of our backs. We both have terrible debilitating back pain and had it hauled away 2 days ago. We paid over $3000 thinking of it as a good investment for our sleep. Hoping to have it last 10 years. We have tried Aireloom mattress, Serta and Beauty Rest before buying a Temper Pedic. We cannot recommend any of these. I don't think there is a GOOD mattress anymore.

I thought my conventional coil mattress gave me good support and comfort until I slept on a Tempurpedic mattress. I did a lot of research and determined that the Pro-Adapt model was the "Goldilocks" mattress - just right for improving my sleep. The 36 month same as cash option made the admittedly expensive mattress affordable and I am sleeping so much better the health improvement return on the investment is more than worth the cost.

We loved our past Tempur-Pedic mattresses. This one hasn't even lasted 2 years before becoming a problem, causing back pains for both me and my husband. I went through the hassle of collecting all the information needed to file a warranty claim just to receive a rejection email. There is no one to talk to verbally. Worst example of customer service when your spending thousands of dollars on their product. This mattress shows that their quality has gone down hill compared to the floor model we loved for 8 years and another that has been great for 20 years.

We were in search for a new mattress as both my husband and I were not getting good sleep. After trying multiple different mattresses at the store, we kept going back to the TempurPedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. We're so happy we decided to bring it home because we have been sleeping wonderful since! It does take a couple of weeks for the mattress to soften but its definitely worth the wait. My husband doesn't have back pain in the morning & I can finally sleep on my right side again which I haven't been able to do since before having my first baby. Price was great as well. Definitely recommend this mattress!

After spending around 10k on the mattress and adjustable base, I can 100% say this is the worst mattress I have ever slept a night on. It's like trying to sleep on a kitchen table. I was told it would contour to my body. Absolutely not. I was also told on multiple occasions to "walk on it" and "let your kids jump on it" by customer service. They said that would help it break in. Nothing has helped. My husband and I wake up feeling like we have been beaten in our unrestful and broken sleep. We both toss and turn all night due to the mattress being so hard there is no way to be comfortable.
Folks…this is a billions of dollars company and yet they are I willing to offer any sort of help with a new mattress. Customer service is absolutely useless. Chief executives have manipulated the call center employees to the point that they are taking every angry phone call and telling you there is nothing they can do, including sending the call to a higher authority.
Tempurpedic….do better. While your CEO is making an enormous salary, people like myself that pay those salaries are sleeping on beds we were counting on to help with comfort and sleep, yet you're unwilling to do anything to help with that sleep situation.
I am a small influencer whose business is growing daily…I will make sure those sales plummet and I hope temperpedic is left bankrupt.

While we are paying 10k for a mattress and base, the ceo Scott Johnson I'm 2022 made 19.65 million as his salary. Yet all of their customers that have these awful complaints and broken sleep or not sleeping at all, they're unable to help us.

This review is not about the product. This review is about a store staff at the King of Prussio Flagship that wasted my time and insulted me with their words. The experience really felt like once I had put pen to paper with my purchase, Tempur-Pedic had my money, their attitude changed to "take or leave it."
My wife and I worked with Evelyn, the team lead, in the store. Once we decided on the mattress we wanted, our conversation shifted to bed frames. She showed us all the electronic frames which were nice but not what we wanted once reviewed. We asked if any non-electric frames were available. She showed us a frame in the store. Even shook it to show it was study. We had a conversation about how it is off the ground because we needed the space underneath. At no point did we ask to for/ discuss a box spring/foundation, nor were we shown one. This was all about bed frames. We were satisfied with what we saw. We thought we were buying a non-electric frame.
What showed up at our house was what I call a box spring and what Tempur-Pedic calls a "foundation". We felt we were bait and switched to sell a foundation since they are non-refundable. Which was documented on the receipt but not called out in the store. The delivery team was unable to deliver the foundation and had to take it back. If I knew this is what I bought I would not have ordered a single queen size "foundation" but two smaller split foundations. I live in a small house where a full queen box spring/foundation would not fit, and I knew this. I have already moved out two small box springs to make room for the new bed. I eventually did get split foundations as it cost me the least amount of additional money at the end of this journey.
I called the store to ask to see if this could be corrected. This is when the frustration started to mount. Evelyn did not seem particularly interested in helping me. "I see the receipt; this is what you bought." I tried to explain about what was discussed in store and it just didn't matter. Eventually Evelyn said to me "do you want to return the foundation with no refund" with some sass. This was after trying to talk it through on getting the situation rectified. I was insulted. Under what circumstances was that the best choice of words at a customer who is clearly upset. I moved on to speaking to the manager, Danielle, as Evelyn either didn't care about my issue or was unequipped to handle an upset customer.
Danielle handwaved my issues with Evelyn bait and switching us with "I wasn't there" when the in-store transaction took place. Which again is just goes back to the theme of they have my money and don't really care anymore.
She also stated that getting any approval to make a change for me from the regional manager above her, Chanda Reed was a waste of time. "In my time here, I've never had a Zendesk ticket responded to". Basically, implying that she can't actually do anything as the manager of her own store and that anyone above her doesn't care. I asked her to try anyway.
Waited over a week for a decision on what can be done. After that much time I was hopeful for some help. Maybe Danielle would have gotten the restocking fee waved or not pay the price difference between the foundations. I was wrong. I wasted my time. The "best" she could do was still have me pay the restocking fee and pay the difference between the single foundation and the two smaller foundations. I was gaslit to believe she was helping me.
Overall, the bed is a good product. My experience with the people, not so much. These beds aren't cheap. For what I paid, the post purchase customer care needs to be significantly improved. A little care goes a long way.
TL: DR when shopping in store, make sure you are hyper specific about what you want. If not, you will be left with a staff being annoyed that you are frustrated and management that will waste your time and act like they helped.
Note: After my store visit. All the conversations were over the phone. I did not receive a single updated email/letter/communication with any new balances after swapping the foundation and being forced to pay restocking fee. Just an increase in my financing balance. I guess Tempur-Pedic would rather not have a paper trail.

My wife and I have been married over 50 years. We both love a firm mattress and just bought our third Tempurpedic. We love the Pro Adapt model and it's a cooler than our older model. We've been through all the traditional mattresses even waterbeds and nothing compares to the comfort of a Tempurpedic.

We ordered the firm pro adapt. The first few nights it felt really firm but now that its adapted to our bodies it feels so good. My husband was complaining of back and shoulder pain with our old mattress. Now he is sleeping better than ever. We've had the mattress for a little over a month and couldn't be happier. I hope it lasts for a long time. The price is high.

When I first purchased my mattress, I LOVED it (actually purchased a 2nd one for my brother). However, after ONLY 4 years of having it, the mattress is damaged and NO ONE from this company is willing to help me. I tried to file a claim, that department was VERY difficult to work with. I had to send pictures 3 different times along with a video (and needed help because I am a bit older and couldn't do it alone). They then denied me because of "water damage" and "not storing my mattress properly". First of all, there is NO water damage, what they are seeing is the bumps in the cover from the foam tearing. Also, I don't "store" my mattress, I SLEEP on it. I believe they were referring to not having a mattress cover - which is incorrect, I DO. However, they told me I had to REMOVE ALL BEDDING when submitting the pictures- that would include the mattress cover! I then emailed 2 Sr. Executives (Stefanie Norton) & (Ken Kilburn) never heard back from the executives and also called Mattress Firm and spoke to by my salesperson and the DSM and NO ONE seems to be able to help me. I have NEVER experienced this kind of customer "service" in my life. In fact, I am a Manager of a department and we handle multi-million dollar customers and we would NEVER treat our customers like I have been treated, ignored and told there is nothing you can do. After spending over $3K for a mattress and having the damage I have - this is BEYOND unacceptable. I wish someone would have the decency to really find out what the problem is and try to help solve it. Let me close by saying, my faith and integrity is EVERYTHING to me - had I done something to damage this mattress, I would have accepted it and spend the $ to purchase a new one. But that is NOT the case and I feel like someone should care. I would NOT recommend this company/product to anyone!

It is excellent. we got split King so we have two of these. The product is great and the staff at your warehouse and Mattress Firm in Brookhaven PA were excellent, accomodating and very professional. We started buying another brand but cancelled that order and got the Tempurpedic mostly based on our experience with the staff at Mattress Firm Brookhaven, PA particularly Erika. Also Stephany at the Mattress Firm Warehouse was outstanding and very helpful

I was a bit leery at first, I got the soft version and with all the mattress toppers that I've had on my prior beds, it was still much more firm than I'm used to. But after giving it a solid couple nights, I'm sleeping better now than ever. I've got less pains and aches, and I would like to think that it has to do with upgrading to a Tempur-pedic. Thanks!

I've owned memory foam mattresses in the past and I can confidently say that none of them remotely compare to the Tempur-Pedic memory foam. Once you've slept in one, you'll wonder how you ever considered the knock-off mattresses to be comfortable. Good sleep is priceless, you won't regret the investment!

Deeply satisfied. My sleep have been given a 180 Degree Spin to the best sleep i ever had since i was born. Very Satisfied with your product. However the Smart base that comes with it have multiple flaws, because i me and my wife laid down on it or we engage on the smart mecanisms to rise certaing part of the base we can hear the inner plastic of the base border and the interior of it cracking and even do so when we lay down or get up. That is very uncomfortable and we wish you could replace that base on our behalf. We have purchase other Por adapts with the alternate base option of the MODEL RISE which is much more cost effective (about half the price of the Ergo) and it has worked out pehonmenal (almost 4 years sin we first purchase this first tempu pro adapt at conn's furniture). We expect to have even better products purchasing it direct from Tempure Pedic but this came out to be a problem that it will be wise to replace this item for us at no cost so we can continue to praise your products and keep on telling our friends and family of the great feeling it is to own these pieces of equipment. Other than that all if fine. Looking forward to here from you soon and resolve this problem

We bought this mattress in 2022. It was great for about two years. After that, both my husband and I started waking up with aches and pains. Hip pain when I slept on my side. Shoulder pain when my husband slept on his side. We tried turning the mattress (which they tell you you don't need to do), that helped for about a month, then the pain started again. I remembered that they have a lifetime warranty! Excellent! We will turn this claim in and get a new one so we don't wake up in pain. I mean, obviously this mattress is defectives because everyone has great reviews about how long they have had their tempur-pedic and still sleep like a baby. But no, our claim was denied because there are "stains" on the mattress. There are, in actuality, no stains on the mattress. I even asked them to point out said stains and even on two different screens (computer and cellphone) I couldn't see what they were seeing. So, long and short, don't buy this mattress if you want a mattress that lasts more then two years.

We've had two of the exact same mattresses now and both are 4 inches too short. The store says that if the measurements on the tag are correct there is nothing they can do. That makes not sense. The mattress doesn't fit in the California king adjustable base we bought as it slides down when you adjust it. Also my feet hang off the end of the
Bottom line the cal king is only a king length and they don't replace it because of the tag. So you get a mattress that is too short as well as loose the width.
Don't buy this if you need a cal king.

We bought it in 2019 and the edges have gone soft. To the point that it is giving my wife back pain. We bought this specifically to end her back pain. We cannot afford a new mattress now so are stuck. These things are crazy expensive and the thought was we'd spend more up front and get a quality product.

Most comfortable bed I've slept in. It's a little firm at first, but it will soften up and I already have been having great sleep. My aches and pains in my hips and shoulders are gone and I feel very well-rested. Only complaint is that it does run warm, I'm a little nervous of the summer months coming up but will wait and see. I currently run a fan every night and it's very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I bought this mattress about two months ago and had high hopes, but my experience has been quite the opposite. While it feels comfortable for the first few minutes, I started developing severe back pain that has only gotten worse over time. At first, I thought the pain might be caused by something else-but during a recent business trip, I noticed the pain completely disappeared while sleeping on a hotel bed. Unfortunately, it returned as soon as I got back home and started using this mattress again.
I was genuinely excited to try it, but sadly, I've had to initiate a return. I can honestly say these have been some of the worst nights I've ever had. Thankfully, the return policy is solid, and the customer support team has been great throughout the process. While I wait for the return to be processed and my new mattress to arrive, I'm currently sleeping on an air mattress.

Unfortunately, I bought this and as a side sleeper it has been one of my biggest regrets. I probably tested out all the tempur beds for over a year. For some reason the one in the store was nice and soft, but the one I have is a total brick. I've had it for three years and it has not softened up at all. I'm 5'8 190. If you are a back sleeper, this thing is probably great though. As a side sleeper be aware that it will cut off your circulation. :(

Purchased one about a year ago.
Tried the bed at the retailer, seemed fine salesman said they take a while to get used to.
Well from the start I (we) could not stay asleep more than a couple of hours at a time until every point of contact to the mattress was sore. (Side sleepers mostly)
I have owned virtually every type of mattress made and this type is by far the worst to sleep on.
We keep it too long to qualify for a return, so I am stuck with this very expensive mattress that is awful in every way.
Remember, part of the sales pitch was it takes a while to get used to. Really I think he meant keep it at least until the return offer had expired.
I now have 5 toppers stacked on top just so I can sleep a little.
Please don't waste your money on this type of mattress.
Anyone want this one? I really need to get rid of it.

I was little skeptical about ordering online without trying the mattress out first. I have been very pleased with my purchase!! They delivered just as they said they would. They came in and set it up perfectly and both were professional. I bought the medium firmness and it has been great for my back.
