What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?

Health Benefits of Sleeping on an Adjustable Mattress
Adjustable Beds can actually make you healthier. The medical benefits are not just for hospitals anymore, and adding a memory foam mattress can make your sleep experience that much better. A flat bed causes your body to shift into cramped positions and cause improper posture as you sleep. People with back or joint problems are made worse by sleeping on a flat bed. Sleeping on your side causes problems with breathing and circulation. Adjustable beds allow you to sleep on your back and by inclining your upper body and lower body into a more comfortable position. Many of us find it enjoyable to rest on a recliner and there are reasons why it becomes a place to relax. Today people read in bed, work on their laptops and watch TV in bed. On a flat bed you must arrange many pillows to make yourself comfortable. The pillows move out of position and you end up with a back or neck ache.

Alleviate Back Pain
Patients with back pain are advised to use adjustable beds. A flat bed may not provide the proper support for the spinal cord, resulting in excess back pain and restless sleep. Inclining the bed at 45 degrees provides relief for the lower back. By raising the foot of the bed relieves even more pressure on the spine, which raises the legs and bends the knees. Patients having low back surgery feel an adjustable bed is far more comfortable than a flat bed. Adjusting the bed up or down redistributes the pressure across your body, which can help alleviate lower back pain. Additionally, you can actually stretch your back from bed, by positioning it upright and slowly lowering it down.
Relief from Acid Reflex and Heartburn
Patients suffering from acidity benefit from having their upper body elevated 6 to 8 inches. This helps the stomach to retain the acids. On a flat bed, acid moves to the esophagus leading to episodes of acid reflex or heartburn. Elevating the head while sleeping helps the stomach retain acids that might otherwise travel up the esophagus and cause heartburn.
Improve Breathing for Maximum Lung Expansion
Patients are able to improve breathing, which delivers more oxygen to the body. This prevents the heart from working harder to deliver oxygen and blood to vital organs. Those suffering from congestion also benefit from the bed being elevated. Keeping sinus and lungs clear, and keeps fluid and mucus at bay. Sleeping in a slightly upright position takes stress off of the lungs, which can help those who suffer from asthma or sleep apnea.
Asthma and Snoring
Elevating the upper body benefits patients with Asthma. On a horizontal mattress it restricts air tubes and increases the difficulty of moving air to vital major organs. The FDA has said that Adjustable Beds aid in the treatment of a number of medical afflictions and illnesses. Snoring is not a problem, except for your partner. Insomnia
Many patients suffer from insomnia. The Adjustable Bed offers many positions, so they can find a position that puts them to sleep faster without tossing and turning. Improved circulation of blood flow and improved oxygen levels help to put them to sleep, and stay asleep.
Sciatica and More
Patients experience from occasional pain to extreme pain. Many people prefer to sleep on their side or even their stomachs but the best position for sleep is on your back. Sleeping on our side in a semi-fetal position seems very comfortable. Spinal alignment, breathing, pressure points and blood flow is difficult in this position. Arthritis
Patients experiencing pain from arthritis located in upper body or lower body will benefit from the Adjustable Bed. Ok- so this may not be the model in this listing, but I am here to testify that OUR Stearns & Foster Firm King bed bought in 1995 is still firm as it was new. I'm not kidding. On top of this, our mattress has been moved 6 different homes. Even went out of the country to Santiago, Chile on a cargo ship, and up 3 flights of stairs in our townhouse in VA. The movers have always complained on how heavy it was. WELL MADE! When we got married, our first mattress came with the furniture. The worst ever. My husband said make it super firm. The sales person said the Stearns & Foster was the best and it would hold up. They were not kidding! So firm that I purchase a topper 3 years in because my husband said it was too firm! At this point we are reluctant to change as a lot of things aren't made as good as they use to be. When I can finally part with our Stearns & Foster, we will definitely buy their spit adjustable bed.

I purchased the Fairmont Signature bed after having the best nights sleep ever in one of their hotels. After a brief break in period, the bed is heavenly and I feel like I'm at a fancy resort. Outfitted with white cotton sateen sheets to be just like a hotel stay.

We were very happy with this mattress for the 1st year or so. Then deep impressions developed even with rotating the mattress. This mattress, after 3 years, is so uncomfortable that both me and my husband wake up with backaches every morning. We contacted the company and were told to take picture after picture of the mattress in various ways. Every time they wanted another picture showing the impressions. The pictures clearly showed the deep depressions. After months of this, they told us we had no warranty claim and to get lost. I would never, ever recommend buying a Stearns and Foster mattress unless you like throwing away this kind of money on garbage that the company won't stand behind.

I spent so much money on this mattress and after maybe 2 months it already started to sag SO BAD. It hurts my back and neck so bad and I cannot afford a new mattress and I passed the trial window. I slept better 9 months pregnant in a hospital bed. I have rotated it several times and I try and sleep in the middle and both sides every couple of days to even the wear. I also am only 115 lbs

My husband and I were desperate for a good night's sleep and as soon as we set up our bed for the first night, our dreams came true. Since we have had our pillow top firm for one week, our sleep has never been so good. Initially I was very happy with my new mattress, however I noticed it does sink in if you sleep alone always on the same side, for reference I am not overweight, that wouldn't be a major concern but the buttons, tufts or rosettes on this mattress, omg, what a major flaw, and sadly so, for such an expensive mattress. They are in the shape of a flower or rosette but now well done, first the threads will start to get loose and/or will pinch your skin, they have a plastic or metal underneath that is extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why make them so prominent that you can feel them bothering you, especially for such a luxurious and expensive line those tufts should be flawless, barely noticeable. Sadly I had to return my mattress.

I just moved into a Sterns and Foster pillow top firm and at first it was just a little stiff, but I got used to it within three nights and I'll never go back to a medium. My experience with the mediums were they were soft and comfy, but after about a year, the center would get dished out and they were not very comfortable on my lower back. My grandfather always told me to get a firm because it's way better for your back and I have to agree. The firm is the way to go. It does soften up after you laid on it. The memory foam pillow top helps But the Sterns and Foster reserve pillow top for is by far best mattresses I've ever owned and the only one I'm going to own thank you guys.

Everything about getting this mattress was easy. Delivery was delayed by a storm but they communicated the new date a few days before so were obviously planning well. The delivery people persevered getting it round a tight corner and took all the packaging and the old mattress away. The mattress itself is SO comfortable and I barely feel my husband get up in the morning now. It feels very well made. I'd definitely buy it again.

I cannot say enough about our new Stearns & Foster Reserve with firm pillow top. My husband and I are both sleeping through the night and in the mornings we are not achy and tired. We decided to also order the adjustable base and being able to raise the head of the bed up has helped a lot with acid reflux. Definitely give this bed a try, you won't be disappointed.

We tried a S&F estate tight top prior to this model and returned it and after receiving reserve tight top firm we are 100% satisfied! I was a terrible sleeper(trouble falling and staying asleep tossing and turning) and additionally have a slightly bad back. From the moment we received the bed and laid down we knew it was the right choice. It is so comfortable that both my wife and myself have said to each other that we wished we had bought it much sooner. We have been getting the best nights sleep and waking up completely ache-free. We were slightly nervous getting a firm bed and it being too firm, but we noticed it was lower on the firmness scale and closer to a medium. It does feel like it is somewhere perfectly between the firm and medium. It's a little bit softer on the top with the pillow top and perfect firmness is just below it. I cannot state enough just how much we love this bed and how comfortable it is. I know I mentioned it before, but we absolutely love our decision to get this bed.

We bought the Reserve mattress and absolutely love it. It wasn't the least expensive mattress but definitely worth the money. Getting a good nights sleep is mandatory for good health. Really pleased with the selection and the entire purchasing process.

I just received my mattress today. I can't wait to get a good night's sleep. It's gorgeous to look at first off. And the most comfortable mattress I've ever been on. It's so thick my mattress cover wouldn't fit it. But that just means there's so much extra comfort inside it. Absolutely looking forward to sleeping on this from now on...
