What is white-glove delivery?
This premium service includes the transportation and installation of your new furniture or mattress, as well as any cleanup related to the packing and protective materials used to safely transport your new merchandise. As part of our bedding delivery services, we will also remove and dispose of your old mattress.
What is the delivery scheduling process like?
When your furniture or mattress has arrived in our warehouse, a member of our team will reach out by phone to schedule the delivery of your newly purchased merchandise. Once the date is confirmed, a three hour delivery window will be provided the day before the approved scheduled delivery date.
Do you offer same day furniture delivery services to Charlotte?

Health Benefits of Sleeping on an Adjustable Mattress
Adjustable Beds can actually make you healthier. The medical benefits are not just for hospitals anymore, and adding a memory foam mattress can make your sleep experience that much better. A flat bed causes your body to shift into cramped positions and cause improper posture as you sleep. People with back or joint problems are made worse by sleeping on a flat bed. Sleeping on your side causes problems with breathing and circulation. Adjustable beds allow you to sleep on your back and by inclining your upper body and lower body into a more comfortable position. Alleviate Back Pain
Patients with back pain are advised to use adjustable beds. A flat bed may not provide the proper support for the spinal cord, resulting in excess back pain and restless sleep. Inclining the bed at 45 degrees provides relief for the lower back. By raising the foot of the bed relieves even more pressure on the spine, which raises the legs and bends the knees. Patients having low back surgery feel an adjustable bed is far more comfortable than a flat bed. Additionally, you can actually stretch your back from bed, by positioning it upright and slowly lowering it down.
Relief from Acid Reflex and Heartburn
Patients suffering from acidity benefit from having their upper body elevated 6 to 8 inches. This helps the stomach to retain the acids. On a flat bed, acid moves to the esophagus leading to episodes of acid reflex or heartburn. Elevating the head while sleeping helps the stomach retain acids that might otherwise travel up the esophagus and cause heartburn.
Improve Breathing for Maximum Lung Expansion
Patients are able to improve breathing, which delivers more oxygen to the body. This prevents the heart from working harder to deliver oxygen and blood to vital organs. Those suffering from congestion also benefit from the bed being elevated. Keeping sinus and lungs clear, and keeps fluid and mucus at bay. Sleeping in a slightly upright position takes stress off of the lungs, which can help those who suffer from asthma or sleep apnea.
Asthma and Snoring
Elevating the upper body benefits patients with Asthma. On a horizontal mattress it restricts air tubes and increases the difficulty of moving air to vital major organs. The FDA has said that Adjustable Beds aid in the treatment of a number of medical afflictions and illnesses. Snoring is not a problem, except for your partner. Insomnia
Many patients suffer from insomnia. The Adjustable Bed offers many positions, so they can find a position that puts them to sleep faster without tossing and turning. Improved circulation of blood flow and improved oxygen levels help to put them to sleep, and stay asleep.
Sciatica and More
Patients experience from occasional pain to extreme pain. Many people prefer to sleep on their side or even their stomachs but the best position for sleep is on your back. Sleeping on our side in a semi-fetal position seems very comfortable. Spinal alignment, breathing, pressure points and blood flow is difficult in this position. Arthritis
Patients experiencing pain from arthritis located in upper body or lower body will benefit from the Adjustable Bed. I have sciatica and lower back issues that come and go. I had purchase the Saatva firm 3 years ago and at the beginning it was helping. It started to break down a bit and not as supportive after only a couple of years. After investigating online reading a lot of reviews, I decided to purchase the firm mattress without any type of pillow top on it. When I first received it, I was a little leery because of the tufting on the top of the mattress I have now had it for three months and can say that it is definitely helped with my back pain and my sciatica. I do not toss and turn to get comfortable any longer. It was a little bit to get used to in the beginning because it is so firm. I even purchased a thin pillow top to go on top of it and after two nights of that, I took it off and gave this a solid week just on the mattress. Thankful that I rode that week out because I now sleep better than I have slept probably in five years.

We purchased the Stearns and Foster Pillowtop Estate Firm and love the support that it gives our sleep. The comfort level is not too firm as the pillowtop adds just enough softness for a little give. We are 2 different types of sleepers, one is a side sleeper who tends to move frequently through the night while the other is primarily a stomach sleeper. We are both sleeping well on the new mattress; feeling motion when one or the other moves around throughout the night is also greatly reduced. One thing that influenced our decision was the side support when sitting on the side of the bed. Too many mattresses sink when sitting on the side, but this one supports with little sinking.

I was looking for a nice, comfortable, but extra firm mattress. I bought the Stearns and Foster Estate Firm queen size. I've had it for 13 months now and regret my purchase. I'm not a big person. I'm the only one that has ever slept in the bed. I rotate it every 3 months, but I still have large divots that are permanent. I have hip, shoulder and back aches thanks to this mattress. It has turned out to be worst decision I've made in a long time.

I purchased this mattress, along with two others for all rooms. Less than six months in, one mattress developed a deep sag in the middle, which has significantly affected comfort and support.
When I submitted a warranty claim, I was met with delays, inconsistent answers, and ultimately a denial based on what they called an "improper foundation"-even though the tag on the mattress clearly states it's intended to be used with or without a foundation. At no point during purchase was I informed that using a high-quality, name-brand platform or box spring would void the warranty - IT HAS TO BE THEIRS.
We even offered to pay out of pocket for an in-person inspection to fairly evaluate the issue. That was ignored. Instead of support, we were offered a 50% discount to buy a new mattress-from the same company that failed to honor our warranty in the first place. That isn't a solution. It's an upsell.
As longtime customers, this was incredibly frustrating. I trusted this brand. But now, after this experience, I would not recommend it to anyone. The product looks impressive, but that doesn't matter when it breaks down quickly and the company refuses to stand behind it.
If you're considering this mattress, I urge you to read the fine print and look beyond the branding. And if you expect your warranty to mean anything, prepare for a fight.

The medium firm, tight top mattress is a dream. I no longer have years of back ache when waking up. The bed has a normal temperature and cushions nicely to our bodies. We just love the comfort and support of our new bed! The higher box frame fits nicely into the sturdy frame which has great legs on it. I can now store things under our bed, a real win for us!

After 12 years my prior Stearns & Foster Estate needed to be retired. I knew without a doubt that I wanted another. I did research and found the mattress I wanted but decided to see if I could keep my money local. My husband and I went to two furniture stores. Both stores told us that the mattress I wanted was not available nor orderable and attempted to sell us something I didn't want. The first thing I did upon returning home was order the mattress from the Stearns & Foster website. Within two weeks the mattress was delivered. I absolutely LOVE it! I sleep so good that I don't want to get out in the morning. The mattress provides the support I need for my back plus is soft enough that I feel as if I'm cradled all night long. I injured my back in the past and I do not have any back pain or stiffness upon waking. Thank you for making this mattress!!

We needed to replace our old Sterns and Foster mattress and I was not sure what model would be similar. I emailed my information and was quickly sent an answer that it was the Estate Firm. We ordered it in February and it was delivered in the three weeks timeframe. The white glove delivery service is the best. We love our new mattress. It is extremely comfortable and it took zero time to adjust to. I recommend Sterns and Foster to anyone that is looking for a new mattress because of their superior quality.

Purchased this mattress in March 2025 after our old mattress gave us no support at all. What a difference it has made in our lives! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my spine & hips last month which causes me to have back pain. My husband has severe knee pain. After just a few nights on this mattress, I woke up with NO back pain and my husband's knee isn't as bad upon waking either. We were hesitant buying this mattress because of the higher cost than some, but it was definitely well worth it.

I'm a single big guy at 6'4" and 250 lbs. And had a hard time finding a firm enough mattress that wasn't like laying on concrete. This Stearns and Foster mattress is the perfect blend of comfort and support for back or side sleeping. It provides a good night's sleep! And i don't sag into it while sitting to get dressed.
It has a slight crowned effect in the middle that seems to feel like like I'm on a slight slant. Stearns and Foster says this will go away over time as I break it in sleeping in different locations on the bed, but my cpap hose prevents me from reaching the other side, and I'm not strong enough to spin the mattress end to end.

After 5 months, we had the shop we bought this piece of crap from come out on a warranty as we were basically sleeping two valleys. We had permanent depressions, so Mattress Firm replaced it. 7 months later, same issue, but it was even worse this time. Mattress Firm refused to warranty the second mattress and would not refund us or provide an alternative brand. The entire "NO FLIP" thing is a BS marketing ploy to rip people off. (BTW, I weight 190lbs, and my wife is only 130 lbs. So with how costly these mattresses are they should never have had these issues. Our son has our old (flipable) Sealy pillow top that is probably 14-15 years old and it is just as perfect as the day I bought it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY- buy another brand!!! Sealy/Sterns and Foster has gone WAY downhill over the last 10 years. I would give it zero stars but it wont let me. Shame on you Sealy for producing crap.

S&F initially delivered a model different than three I had purchased for myself in two states over 20 years. Its Ultra Firm, so speak with S&F before purchasing.
We have purchased the firm estate or other versions for family members who loved my bed.
Without any issues from them, as I was in the trial period and with the exceptional service of Glenda and her colleague Faith, I now have the correct model!
I had spent hundreds of hours looking for the right bed due to severe back issues over 20 years.
S&F is so superior and supportive, I slept on the floor to get this right model than settle for anything less.

Loved the mattress for the first few years until my wife and I started having discomfort on a nightly basis. Mattress already exceeded 1.5" sagging after 5 years with a 10 year warranty (given my wife and I both weigh less than 200lbs). Contacted customer service and was told the warranty claim was denied due to a small stain. Don't buy a Stearns & Foster. For as expensive as their products are, they don't stand up to their promised quality or care about their customers.

l purchased the medium which doesn't have the pillow top. lts perfect for me as a stomach sleeper who enjoys a moderately firm mattress. Mom used to say spend the extra money and be satisfied with your purchase or buy a new mattress every couple of years. The choice is clear.
