Rizzy Home takes great pride in producing quality products and enforcing close quality control inspections for each product before packaging. Rizzy Home warrants all products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover: burns, tears and cuts, fading or damage due to improper use or to the application of improper cleaning agents or vacuuming and/or maintenance methods. Some shedding or loss of wool fibers is a natural characteristic of all wool rugs and is not a manufacturing defect.
  • Rizzy Home recommends the use of a proper rug pad to protect both the rug and the surface it is placed on. Rizzy Home assumes no responsibility for damaged surfaces that were not protected with proper rug padding.
