Warranty Process: Making a Mattress Claim
The first step of the Warranty Process is to complete an Independent Mattress Inspection and submit the findings to our Support Team.

If you would prefer to not perform the mattress inspection process independently, we can send out a dedicated representative to perform the inspection for you at a cost. For details about hiring a representative to perform the mattress inspection, please email us at support@tyndallfurniture.com.
The "Peace of Mind Guarantee" is for mattress purchases only. In the event that you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress within the first 90 days from the original purchase, Tyndall Furniture & Mattress will help you make a one-time re-selection to a new mattress. We ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow your body to fully adjust.
